4. Identity Verification

phlwin pro will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not matching the account holder's name, or accounts where identity verification has not been completed. Any winnings resulting from funds deposited via a fraudulent or disputed payment method may be withheld pending investigation.
